Low-fiber, highly processed foods: Consuming foods that are low in fiber and highly processed has a direct negative effect on your gut health, which negatively impacts skin health. Hi, I’m 16 and i have been trying to eat healthily and i have been taking care of my facial hygiene for a few months now and i definitely see results. I have been on a no sugar diet, completely avoided all oily foods, cut out most dairy, all white flour, and all processed foods. I wash my face twice a day (with all natural facial cleanser) and apply cleansing face packs every night (usually turmeric based). But I still get that one annoyingly large pimple once in a while. They take a long time to go away, is there anything else i can do to prevent this cystic acne. Also among the list above which work the best, i don’t have especially sensitive skin.
