Apply warm, wet washcloths to the lump for 20 to 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day. If you prefer, you can also use a hot water bottle or heating pad over a damp towel. The heat and moisture can soothe the lump, increase blood circulation to the area, and speed healing. It can also bring a lump caused by infection to a head (but it may take 5 to 7 days). Be careful not to burn your skin. Do not use water that is warmer than bath water.

Thanks for the information! With using baking soda, pH was a concern for me too. However, since it helps clear my skin up so much, personally, I feel more comfortable using it as opposed to proactiv or prescription medication. I do moisturize with non-comedogenic oils to add moisture back in and use the oil cleansing method. Things like Cetaphil never worked for me, but maybe they work for others.
Echinacea is traditionally used to speed wound healing and prevent colds and flu, but its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties can help with acne as well. Use echinacea tea as a daily face wash by soaking a cloth with it, or put a few drops of tincture on a cotton ball and dab it on blemishes.
Strangely enough, I found out yogurt was effective on acne when me and my friend had a yogurt fight lol. We washed the yogurt off our faces and they had improved! A patch of pimples that I had for about a year and a half began to go away! 😀

In the morning, I just put my face up towards the shower head and use my hands to wash my face. I apply a small amount of oils from one of the bottles above, and massage into my wet skin. I don’t dry my face, and after I am out of the shower for maybe twenty to thirty minutes, I take a tissue and just absorb all the left over oil.
