Wash your face with water, and pat dry with a soft clean towel. Place your leaves in a clean bowl and pour boiling water over them. Steep for 4-5 minutes before straining the leaves and letting the liquid cool to a comfortable temperature. You can then pour into a spray bottle and spritz your face lightly, soak a cotton pad/soft cloth and apply, or simply use a teabag steeped for 2-3 minutes, patting it onto your face or problem areas. Some people find more success just leaving the refreshing liquid on, while others rinse it off with cool water.
I have tried everything from all acne products you see on tv to the doctor presrciption and nothing has work. I have had acne since i was 9 till today and i am 13 it is so bad like unbelievable. Plus i put on foundation so im not sure if the foundation makes it worser. Can someone please tell me a natural product that can “actually” take it off. I want to get rid of my scars and acne. I think i will try the honey and cinnamon or the tea tree oil. But anymore suggestions let me know .
Apple Cider Vinegar, commonly called ‘ACV’, is a brilliant way to help clear cystic acne. Not only will the ACV help to fight bacteria and cleanse your skin, it will also balance your skin’s natural pH levels. Cleaning your skin and having a better balanced pH level will help your cystic acne breakouts clear up fast and even prevent future breakouts.
Ok guys, it stinks and it burns but the Garlic is the best. I am 26 yrs old and just now for the first time started having acne problems. I noticed a diff. after using the garlic within 5 mins. I halved a clove and just rubbed it all over my face. It burned badly at first and can irritate ur eyes like an onion does but i will def. use it again. Most affective so far. good luck
So I’ve been struggling with acne for years. I got it to calm down to where I just have black heads and underlying pimples during the month but right around my menstral cycle my face gets really oily and I break out on my chin and line of my face (where the oil settles at the end of the day). I don’t use anything on my face make up wise or in the line of lotions. I use st Ives apricot scrub and witch hazel as my face wash and astringent. I’ve used many things over the years and these work better than proactive did for me. But I still break out. I’m going to try the potatoes suggested in this article first but I’m really hopeful that I find something to just tone down my skin oil… I have a similar problem with my hair, but I’ve found a solution for that. ( I have greasy hair and a dry scalp, shampoos with a combination of tea tree oil, eucilyptus oil, and peppermint oil work really well. And since its healthier to switch brands and stuff like that for ur hair I use this when it get bad and finish te bottles and go to another brand and another type, then when it’s no longer balanced out I go back and treat it again.) I really hope one of these regemines is the one that finishes the cycle for me!
If you are familiar with high end skin care products, you probably already know that papaya is a very common ingredient in acne treatments. However, you can get the same benefits without spending the cash! All you have to do is mash up the flesh of the papaya to form a paste or a lotion consistency, and apply directly to the skin. You can leave it on for up to 30 minutes, then rinse and moisturize.
when i was 11, i started getting pimples on my 4head. i did a little “research” and found that the most popular was toothpaste and teatree oil. i would try them each seprate, but evry1s skin is different. if neither work, try cucumber. just grind it up in a blender or smoosh it up yourself, but yup. NOW, if none of these work, i sugest mixing milk, teatree oil, and cucumber. grind that all up in ur blender (cuz your hands dont really work with that) and apply as a mask. leave that on for about 20-30 mins. so those are my suggestions. good luck with your face problems!!! PS: it could be worse! 😉
OMG that sounds sucky. Thanks for the warning, I was gonna use that to get ready for Christmas Eve. Also, for any who want to know my usurer has a sugar scrub with mint syrups and I thought it was just scented so I used it. Worked wonders for my skin!!

There is the big story: the double revelation that Cambridge Analytica, ostensibly a voter-profiling company, used data from 49.5 million Facebook accounts without securing users’ permission; and that thousands of third-party developers who once built seemingly innocuous apps on Facebook’s platform may have their own caches of private information.

Exercise regularly. Exercising does a number of things to help reduce your acne. It releases endorphins which lower stress levels and therefore reduce oil-production and also makes you sweat which cleans out dead skin cells. Try exercising on a daily basis for a minimum of thirty minutes to help reduce your acne not only on your face, but also on your chest, shoulders, and back; which is where the term “bacne” comes from.
honey– even though honey is the cure-all right now.. it never really helped me by using it topically; even though I dislike the taste, warm water mixed with honey is what my friend DRINKS daily to keep her skin clear
Remember that effective acne treatment is a marathon, not a sprint. Some believe that quick fixes found in their medicine cabinet are viable options, wondering to themselves: Can hydrogen peroxide cure acne? or Does sulfur make acne better? In most cases like these, the answer is no. These solutions are short-lived, and can result in worsened breakouts.

Pete,, I know it must be hard, but there is hope! I remember one of my brothers had terrible a ne as a teen. He has the nicest skin now, I look at him and can’t believe it. Please st be patient and hang in there. I have two daughters 23 & 19. Both struggle with bad breakouts. We have tried everything, they have spent hundreds at the dermatologist, nothing. I have discovered Panoxyl soap, which was working for one of them, but it hasn’t been on the market for a while. They do use the Panoxyl 10 wash, it has helped. But I think I. Going to have them try the home remedies. I hope you find something that works for you and don’t give up, what works for one may not work for the other.
