Ok. I just recently posted a comment on here that said i needed help with acne. But later that day I posted it my family and I went to the store and I aske if I could get acne treatments. well toothpaste works really well, i no this sounds silly but if you cake toothpaste on your face before you go to bed and wash it off in the morning with warm water it clenses your face and it takes all the bad stuff out of your spots, they will then become reuced in size and if you keep repeating this then you may be clear of acne, well its worked for me.
