I do get acne, but not too bad. But it seems like i get one and it goes away, but leaves a brown spot. Well good no more pimple but hello brown spot. I apply every morning and every night lime juice with a q-tip (only on the spot). It burns a little but it makes a great difference. This really works. Also about twice a week I apply cooked oatmeal with copped onions and some honey. This works great for me. The oats help clear pores while the onions are anti-inflammatory. The honey soothes your skin. I almost forgot add water to it all but not too much. So its some what like a paste.

I was looking up easy DIY acne spot treatments and came across this one and didn’t think much of it as I had used lemon juice on pimples before and my skin had been fine. However I just tried this mask, I even added a little honey to make sure the mask wouldn’t be too strong, and it burned my skin! I noticed it was burning more than treatments usually do but didn’t think much of it. After about ten minutes it became too much to bare so I rinsed with warm water and was surprised to see large bright red patches all over my cheeks. You can add lemon to the egg white mask or use them both separately. Lemons have antibacterial properties which help improve acne. I use the egg white mask natural remedy for acne once a week, but it can be used daily as well. I don’t usually need to moisturize after the egg white mask, because it is not super drying. But if you wanted to, you could use coconut oil which also has antibacterial properties, as a moisturizer. I’ve never added water to the cornstarch, I don’t think it would stay on well if there’s water added.
