This is a ridiculous article. I cleared my skin with soap, water, alcohol, and a complete dietary adjustment. Zero sugar, starch, breads, oils, fried and processed foods. I eat broccoli, greens (lots of greens), steamed and poached veggies, broiled or canned salmon, tofu, quinoa, brown rice, half a lemon a day over food or in unsweetened green tea, and blueberries. Someone else mentioned the sugar/insulin/hormonal imbalance link. You have to take responsibility for your lifestyle, as well as your treatment.
After my skin had cleared up a bit, I started to make a correlation between when my intense workouts, and having cystic breakouts within 24 hours. Stopping intense exercise one was the most difficult for me, as I have always been an athlete and look to fitness as a great stress reliever. I kinda switched the ingredients a bit….1 whole banana,2 orange peels, 1 spoonfull of honey…pureed in blender nd saved in a container…then i leave mask on for like 1 hr….IT REALLY WORKS!!!!! but there might be a slight tingling sensation due to orange peels…so if u hav sensitive skin reduce the amt of orange peels

I would use natural, but I don’t recomend doing the cinnomon and honey mask- I just did it and my face felt like it was burning when I washed it off- I looked in the mirror and my entire face was red, swollen and puffy! when i was 11, i started getting pimples on my 4head. i did a little “research” and found that the most popular was toothpaste and teatree oil. i would try them each seprate, but evry1s skin is different. if neither work, try cucumber. just grind it up in a blender or smoosh it up yourself, but yup. NOW, if none of these work, i sugest mixing milk, teatree oil, and cucumber. grind that all up in ur blender (cuz your hands dont really work with that) and apply as a mask. leave that on for about 20-30 mins. so those are my suggestions. good luck with your face problems!!! Consider changing your shower head. Invest in a shower head that filters out the chlorine in your water. Your skin will thank you for it. Very decent shower head pre-equipped with filters only cost $25 to $50 and can have a profound impact on your skin.
try oatmeal….mix water and oatmeal and make it really warm in the microwave and then leave on your face for 10-15 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water…and then don’t do anything else to your face for the day, it works like a charm!!
I had scars all over my face and I just wanted to get rid of them! I also had a huge scar on my forehead which was really dark. I was so self-conscious and obsessed with my face.
