Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Scrap out the inside of the avocado and mash it up, then stir in the honey. Continuing mashing/stirring until it turns into a paste. I break out in spots wen im on my period every month and i use exzema cream, i have exzema sometimes so i have prescribed cream or ointment but i think u can buy it over the counter in a pharmacy. I use Hydrocortisone 0.5% cream but the ointment are stronger and more effective. Hope this Helps xx 😉

Acne can sometimes be a real annoyance and lower self confidence. I had a habit of always touching my face trying to scrape off my acne. WORST thing to do! I still have the acne scars I had 2 years ago. Don’t touch your face. That’s number one thing to do. Make sure to always take makeup off before going to bed. Toothpaste does tend to work. I’ve had acne since last year and just got rid of most of it, but now I have scars. I’ve tried everything , but none of the scars are going away. I have it on my upper back, so I cant wear noodle straps. It sux. I hope one of these works!! Wish me luck!
