Each evening, I wash my face with Head and Shoulders then apply the honey mask. The mask consists of honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lime juice. I leave it on for an hour. Rinse with warm water. Then at bedtime, again I wash with H&S, and then I put on Desitin, yes the diaper rash cream. Just a tad on the affected areas, which in my case are my cheeks, just below my cheek bones. In the morning, I wash again with H&S.
Acne occurs when the skin’s pores become clogged. Each pore opens to a hair follicle containing a gland that produces oil called sebum, which helps keep skin soft. These follicle-gland units are largest and most numerous on the face, upper back and chest. When the glands produce too much oil, the pores can become blocked. As a result, dirt, bacteria and dead skin cells can build up in the pores, forming the whiteheads, blackheads, pimples and other lesions that are commonly referred to as zits.

Children and adults may also be affected before and after puberty. Health experts have stated that consuming dairy products might prove to be detrimental for those who suffer from acne. Even though foods such as cheese, yogurt, whey, cream, milk or butter do not contain a high amount of carbohydrates, they are known to increase the levels of insulin in the blood, thereby causing acne. It is recommended that you eliminate dairy products from your diet for a period of time in order to reduce acne.
Avoid irritants. Avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens, hairstyling products or acne concealers. Use products labeled water-based or noncomedogenic, which means they are less likely to cause acne.
I don’t really think there’s a magic bullet out there for acne. Let’s be reasonable. There is no instant cure that will completely get rid of that ugly blemish and leave you completely flawless. well i gots some tips for you but remember everyones skin is different so if rashes appear or your acne gets worse you might be having an allergic reaction to it. well first off if you have long bangs or hair thats always in your face put it up or tie it back cuz my hair was always in me face and i started 2 break out REAL bad and my mom tol me 2 tie it up and that acne went down a little 2 scars. 2 treat the scarz i wash my face with salt water 2-3 times a day for 3weeks and lemon with rosewater 3 times a day for 2 weeks. IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
Have patience. The desperate urge to find a speedy solution to acne, preferably something that takes minimal effort, is a strong one. In all reality though, and like so many other aspects in life, one really doesn’t exist. Having a regular skin care routine and adding a good, natural, acne remedy to it may take extra work, but stay committed, do things right, and give your treatment time to have an effect. Remember, you live in your skin and that’s not ever going to change. Taking the effort to really care for it will make all the difference in terms of your comfort, happiness, and confidence.

WASH your face with your preferred soap (use mild and hypoallergenic). And then drinks lots of WATER. If you get drowned with too much, use alternatives like green tea or lemon tea. Never drink too much coffee. It’ll dry your skin.
Some acne 101: You may already know that acne is linked to the bacterium Propionibacterium acnes, which nestles in the dark, oily, oxygen-deprived crannies of our pores. Acne is also linked to inflammation, overgrowth of the upper skin layer, excess sebum, and depression. Because the root of the problem has long seemed to be a bacterium, antibiotics have been the go-to treatment. Hey, ive had acne for 3-4 years nowand im 18 noa and it comes in spurts. Couple months i have like nothing to a few, then i go from that to a full blown break out. From my face, chest, and should blades. I have tried so much stuff and i can’t find what works for me. Today a guy at work told me his son had acne and he just rubbed a raw lemmon on the acne and it cleared up in a couple of days. Would you recommend that or what other methods would you suggest becUse i did try majority of the listed remedies. Also it is cystic acne that i have. Please i need to get this cleared up asap
