Microneedling is a procedure in which an instrument with multiple rows of tiny needles rolled over the skin to elicit a wound healing response and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of atrophic acne scars in people with darker skin color. Notable adverse effects of microneedling include postinflammatory hyperpigmentation and tram track scarring (described as discrete slightly raised scars in a linear distribution similar to a tram track). The latter is thought to be primarily attributable to improper technique by the practitioner, including the use of excessive pressure or inappropriately large needles.

Call your doctor if you or your child has acne that is not controlled with over-the-counter washes or gels. Even small amounts of acne can be embarrassing and psychologically painful to young people. Acne can result in scarring.
Oh, and don’t bother taking any gimmick probiotic supplements such as Yakult. These worthless products are full of processed milk and sugar (both of which are bad for anyone with cystic acne) so avoid them like the plague!
Im 29, I’ve had acne for over 10 years. I’ve tried all OTC options, all prescription products (except accutane) – thousands of $$ worth of useless product… I am officially done with all of it!!!>-( I have recently stopped eating grains & am working on ‘no dairy’. I went to the store and picked up the following items, these along with some general kitchen staples have brought me a long way in a very short period of time:
Some commentators also like to point out that Traditional Chinese Medicine treated hormone imbalance in men with medicines made from dried urine. The Emperor even kept a cadre of healthy males to make donations for this purpose.

“Retinoids are the absolute backbone of an acne treatment—since they treat and prevent acne by declogging pores by normalizing skin cell turnover and as an anti-inflammatory,” she explains. “Furthermore, retinoids have been proven to improve skin discoloration and texture and therefore, restores the skin from prior outbreaks. While not all retinoids are the same, Differin Gel was designed with tolerability in mind so it is a great starter retinoid or a retinoid for more sensitive skin.”
Try using a soap called Grandpa’s Thylox soap you can search it on the net. this will definitely clear up your acne and wash the face at least twice a week using baking soda just put some in your hand and gently exfoliate the skin while in the shower. drinking water or fruit juice a proper diet, rest and exercise does wonder in helping control acne. also by bathing in pure glycerin soap this too will help your skin and clean you without leaving a soap scum.
hey every1 it does not matter what you look like on the outside but it is the inside that matters… dont worry if every1 thinks you are ugly and unattractive coz u will always be beautiful in GOD’s eyes! 😉
when i was 11, i started getting pimples on my 4head. i did a little “research” and found that the most popular was toothpaste and teatree oil. i would try them each seprate, but evry1s skin is different. if neither work, try cucumber. just grind it up in a blender or smoosh it up yourself, but yup. NOW, if none of these work, i sugest mixing milk, teatree oil, and cucumber. grind that all up in ur blender (cuz your hands dont really work with that) and apply as a mask. leave that on for about 20-30 mins. so those are my suggestions. good luck with your face problems!!! PS: it could be worse! 😉

There’s nothing more important when treating acne than a consistent skin care routine, whether you’re struggling with facial acne, back acne, or both. Follow a daily cleansing regimen: wash your skin once in the morning and once in the evening with gentle but effective acne treatment that will help fight existing pimples and prevent future breakouts.
