Reduce Coffee Intake – Coffee can be one of the biggest contributing causes of acne in some people. Yet, it is also one of the most difficult habits to break. On the surface, it’s hard to make the connection between coffee consumption and acne. Coffee, itself is extremely acidic – leading to inflammation. It can also contribute to a B vitamin deficiency, which affects stress management (see below). Unbridled stress causes inflammation and hormone disruption. All of this adds up to the perfect storm for acne to rear its ugly head.

I use tea trea oil!!! and aloe vera! they are hosestly the best home remedies!! I perfer tea trea oil! You can get it at a pharmacy store, walmarts, Rite aid!!! wash your face at night with face wash! then use a cuetip and upply to the pimples! its not too exspencive eaither!!
The breakouts could have happened because you didn’t moisturize enough after using the baking soda. It’s pretty drying plus exfoliating which = drying, so your skin produces more oil to combat the dryness thus causing more breakouts. When I use baking soda, I make sure to use my regular moisturizer and then coconut oil over it. 🙂

i look horrible i didnt have bad acne in 5th grade buti had one zit every once in a while but when summer came they went away then i started using cover up on one zit and than BAM they all came and never went away. i am going in to 7th grade this year and i have bad acne all over my face and i dont want to start using cover up again but i have used stridex tooth paste no cover up and lime juice with cinnamon nothing works. please help!!!
Tea tree oil has amazing natural antibacterial properties which treat the cystic acne. Apart from that, it penetrates deeply into the skin and unclogs the oil secreting glands, disinfect pores and dry out blemishes.
I have struggled with acne for the past year and im getting really frustrated that nothing i use seems to help clear it. Everytime it starts getting better i start breaking out again. I will be trying some of these methods in hope they will work. They seem very easy to do. Very helpful!! Thanks!
