i go through periods of having tons and just a few, but i never have none. i changed my diet and stopped eating crisps and chocolate etc and for about 2 weeks i looked great. and now its back to normal. i use a face cleanser day and night and nothing really seems to make them go. i just have to wait for them to go.

I have been experiencing acne lately..I have never had so much painful acne in my life.i m 25 though i m using clinque face was toner n oil free moisturizer..The acne is red n painful n mostly on my cheeks n chin.I also drink at least 2 litres of water n stay away from fired foods but still the problem persist i have tried every possible thing but it doesnt hep.if any one knws what to do.Please help
