As for my natural trick- Epsom salts! Two cups in a bath 2-3 times a week helps with chest and back acne- soak in there for at least 20 minutes. For the face, I rub a handful of salt onto damp skin and use as an exfoliator. You can leave it on as a mask. It does not dry skin out as it helps to retain moisture. You can use it up to 2 times a day and in conjunction with other natural products, just figure out what works best for your skin.
