All around, it is the worst trend I have seen in a while, on par with the atkins diet.(did anyone actually enjoy that diet?Because a truly healthy diet is SUPPOSED to be enjoyable.) Im 14 and have REALLY bad acne but only on my forehead although i occasionally get pimples on my nose or my chin or under my eye and they are tha worse. They wont go away and I cant pop them because they dont head! So somtimes i will stick a pin ( a clothespin) and stick it in the pimple until it cums out, then i put medicine on it. It hurts really bad but it works, tha only problem is that it leaves bad scars and I dnt kno wat 2 do
