when i was 11, i started getting pimples on my 4head. i did a little “research” and found that the most popular was toothpaste and teatree oil. i would try them each seprate, but evry1s skin is different. if neither work, try cucumber. just grind it up in a blender or smoosh it up yourself, but yup. NOW, if none of these work, i sugest mixing milk, teatree oil, and cucumber. grind that all up in ur blender (cuz your hands dont really work with that) and apply as a mask. leave that on for about 20-30 mins. so those are my suggestions. good luck with your face problems!!! PS: it could be worse! 😉

I’ve struggled with adult acne for years but finally got it under control by not using commercial soaps/moisturizers, only handmade soap and a moisturizing mix of grapeseed oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, lavender & tea tree & lemongrass essential oils. However, sometimes even though I haven’t changed any of my skin treatments, I’ve experienced breakouts.
Used alone or along side of turmeric, vitamin C supports the immune system, helps to fight infection, and is needed for skin regeneration. Sodium ascorbate is a good form of vitamin C to use and is easier on the system than ascorbic acid. 500-1,000 mg is taken 1-3 times a day. If your body is getting too much vitamin C, it will let you know. Too much vitamin C will cause loose stools, in which case you should reduce the dose.

I am making him wash his face every night with a mixture of brown sugar and honey and then to rinse it off with water. I told him to only patt his face with the towel not to dry his face too hard just patt.

While bacteria (P. acnes) and inflammation are the two main culprits for pimples, acne is also influenced by hormones, explains New York City-based dermatologist Whitney Bowe, MD. “When a woman’s androgen receptors are particularly sensitive, these hormones can trigger excess oil production and cause skin cells to become sticky, leading to clogged pores and breakouts.”

When a follicle is blocked up with sebum, dead skin cells, and bacteria, the pressure may cause the surrounding skin cell wall to break. The substances that caused the blockage then make their way into the surrounding skin, causing inflammation. Papules are observed as red or pink-colored bumps on the skin. These acne lesions don’t contain pus and will exhibit no visible fluids. They are generally not painful but may be tender to the touch. It can be frustrating to spend money on an expensive skin care product or pricey treatment, only to find it doesn’t work well for your skin. This is especially true if you’re prone to breakouts and feel as though you’ve tried nearly every cleanser and serum on the drugstore shelf, hoping to clear them up.
