Topical and oral preparations of nicotinamide (the amide form of vitamin B3) have been suggested as alternative medical treatments. It is thought to improve acne due to its anti-inflammatory properties, its ability to suppress sebum production, and by promoting wound healing. Topical and oral preparations of zinc have similarly been proposed as effective treatments for acne; evidence to support their use for this purpose is limited. The purported efficacy of zinc is attributed to its capacity to reduce inflammation and sebum production, and inhibit P. acnes. Antihistamines may improve symptoms among those already taking isotretinoin due to their anti-inflammatory properties and their ability to suppress sebum production.

Ive tried egg white & didn’t work. Then i tried using honey & oats mask & i believe it only made it worse. I tried the baking soda as a face mask and I would apply moisturizer and it would leave my skin soft but the next day I would wake up it would be so oily!! I seen a reduction in the size and soreness of bumps the first morning after I tried this, the redness persisted for a few weeks. I found that my skin was a little sensitive at the end of the first week just from the vinegar, only slightly though, nothing compared to the painful bumps. I suffered for years too I did not want to look at people. I wanted to kill myself at one point but please don’t do that. Where do you live? Do you have good Naturopathic or Homeopathic physicians in your area? Have you tried completely eliminating all dairy and sugar? I know it sounds hard but you can do it. God did not give you acne. We are all struggling in an imperfect world with conditions and diseases that God never intended for us. Take care.

I’m 15 and I’ve had REALLY bad acne since about 5th grade, and I’ve tried almost EVERYTHING on this list. For a scrub, mix a half a cup of baking soda with one eighth a cup of water. Apply the paste to your face, massaging it in well. After 5-6 minutes of this, rinse your face thoroughly with warm water, pat dry, and moisturize.
when i was 11, i started getting pimples on my 4head. i did a little “research” and found that the most popular was toothpaste and teatree oil. i would try them each seprate, but evry1s skin is different. if neither work, try cucumber. just grind it up in a blender or smoosh it up yourself, but yup. NOW, if none of these work, i sugest mixing milk, teatree oil, and cucumber. grind that all up in ur blender (cuz your hands dont really work with that) and apply as a mask. leave that on for about 20-30 mins. so those are my suggestions. good luck with your face problems!!!
