i have combination skin, which is dry and oily skin. i’ve been breaking out since i was in 7th grade and now i’m in the 11th grade. and i’ve tried, clean and clear, proactive, burts bees, olay, neautrgena, everything even home remdies and nothing seems to work. -__- any suggestions?
Lots of great acne tips here. If you drink 1 tbs baking soda in a glass of water and 1 or 2 tbs apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, it will make your body alkaline (rather than acidic – the US diet is almost 100% acidic which promotes… Cancer and disease). An alkaline body actually makes your body a very poor host for disease and bad bacteria. Having an acidic body is like posting your houseparty on Facebook… They ALL show up. Incluing acne.
Hey guys! I am 13 years old, and have been from moderate acne. I recommend using yogurt to clear it up! That’s right, natural yogurt. All you need to do is mix the yogurt up with a spoon, then apply all over the face with a cotton ball, especially to the areas you get acne the worst. Then leave on for an hour, and wash off! It’s best to do this at night 🙂

i’m Nadia , and since i’ve moved from los angeles california to las vegas nevada i’ve had acne problems ! could it be just cause i’m growing older? or could it be because of the extreme HEAT in vegas ?!I don’t know , but i’m 15. I moved here when I was about 12 or 13…I am very stressed most of the time and I heard that causes acne but how can I not be stressed WITH the acne? HELP ME 😐 I’ve tried “sugar paste” a combination of sugar and water but it helps for a little not forever …:-o

Oral antibiotics: Doctors may start treatment with tetracycline (Sumycin) or one of the related “cyclines,” such as doxycycline (Vibramycin, Oracea, Adoxa, Atridox, and others) and minocycline (Dynacin, Minocin). Im 16 and have had really bad acne around my jaw line and thats one of the worst places to have it, ive been using the honey and cinnamon remedy for about a week now consistently, and it seems to be working. Im not sure why some people get discomfort or get extra acne, maybe too much cinnamon or not raw honey. But raw is prefered. Thank you!

Apply warm, wet washcloths to the lump for 20 to 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day. If you prefer, you can also use a hot water bottle or heating pad over a damp towel. Even though isotretinoin does not remain in the body after therapy is stopped, improvement is often long-lasting. It is safe to take two or three courses of the drug if unresponsive acne makes a comeback. Acne can sometimes be a real annoyance and lower self confidence. I had a habit of always touching my face trying to scrape off my acne. WORST thing to do! I still have the acne scars I had 2 years ago. Don’t touch your face. That’s number one thing to do. Make sure to always take makeup off before going to bed. Toothpaste does tend to work. Recently I connected the breakouts to starting a new vitamin supplement. I stopped the supplement and the breakouts stopped. A similar thing had happened about a year ago and I compared the ingredients of the two supplements (one was Vitamin C and the other was a multi). The only thing they seemed to have in common was silicon dioxide. I checked the supplements I take that don’t seem to bother me (flax oil, magnesium, Vit D, and another brand of Vit C) and none of them have silicon dioxide in them. It’s hard to be sure what exactly it is, but I just wanted people to consider that perhaps their supplements are causing breakouts!
