i have scars and my forehead are covered in bumps. i have done the oatmeal mask, it made it worst. i did the honey and juice did well but not for long. what else is there? i want to start with my food, what can you eat that will work from the inside out?

Vitamin A orally or by injection has been used for acne with variable effects. Because isotretinoin is a vitamin A analog, extra vitamin A should not be taken while taking this drug because of the increased risk of vitamin A toxicity. I suffered for years too and I did not want to look at people. I wanted to kill myself at one point but please don’t do that. Where do you live? Do you have good Naturopathic or Homeopathic physicians in your area? Have you tried completely eliminating all dairy and sugar? I know it sounds hard but you can do it. God did not give you acne. We are all struggling in an imperfect world with conditions and diseases that God never intended for us. Take care.
