Hello all! I got really bad acne after high school and nothing seemed to work. Then I switched to this really nice facewash by Aubrey Organics. It’s way cheaper than proactive or clenziderm. I used that horrible stuff for a very long time and it only hurt my skin. This wash is really nice and creamy and leaves your face feeling cool afterwards. And then for a moisturizer I used extra [@] coconut oil. It’s naturally antibacterial and helps heal the acne and scars too. You can look up the benefits of coconut oil on youtube or anywhere really. It’s super good for lots of stuff. I also put it on the ends of my hair overnight and it makes them super soft and healthy. And it’s good on toast! Anyway, that’s what I do for my face and it helps so much. I also take vitamin E, vitamin C and chromium picolinate, it regulates the blood sugar levels. Works like a charm! Good luck 🙂

hey guys If really wanna get rid of those sort of acnes which remain some scars from themselves, so one of the most effective thing for it is sweat.yeah sweating is the best remedy.its my own self’s experience.try to bring out a lot of sweat ,if the climate of ur place is dry, try to do alot of workouts.and haa another main point is that stop mastur******.:P……..hope it worked;)

hi Mia, I have been having bad acne lately and use diluted tea tree oil and when they have gone I use rosehip oil for scarring. Do you know what oils best to use with the Rosehip to reduce the scarring quicker? Thanks :)!
I’m about to start using it again. What also works on getting rid of the redness is using ice! I also tried the clean and clear advantage kit it worked pretty Well. You can get it at wall mart for about 16 dollar’s. I have bad acne scars. Any suggestions? Does Bio oil work?
