so i, like many of you , am in highschool , and when i was in middle school i had the worst acne, now im a cheerleader and cheer in front of thousands of people. I realized the pressure of everyone watching me and that my face HAD to be perfect and tan (which im obssessed with) but thats really hard to do when you spend hours everday working out at cheer, and at home, etc. the sweat is disgusting and clogs your pores. so about 5 months ago i realized that when you go to work out , bring ALOT OF WATER. it flushes out all the toxins, its all i drink now (it helped me lose 6 pounds and i now have perfect abs) also bring a clean towell, when ever your feeling sweaty, PAT it off , do not rub it causes irritation. also when you go home, shower immediately clean your face well, always take off your makeup, do not cake it on, it only clogs your pores. i use bareminerals its great ! it creates flawless skin, has spf in it and does not clog pores. after its all off and you used a facewash, put white toothpaste all over your face, leave it on for 2 hours then rinse off and immediately put a oil free moisterizer on with vitamin e! i use aquaphor and eucerin. in a couple of days you will notice a difference, im now acne free and i love going out without makeup ! it defintly boosts your confidence !:-D 😉

Help! I’m 13 and i’ve had acne since sixth grade. I’ve tried Proactiv but that seemed to make me skin break out more, so i quit using it. I’ve never tried any home remidies so i’m going to try them. I found that i get more acne when i’m stressed. Hopefully these home remedies work. I’ve never been made fun of for my acne but i feel horrible when i have to walk around in public with red or not red bumps on my face. Can anyone reccomend the most effective home remedy?
But hot yoga is a breeding ground for bacteria and germs, the heat actually helps them to grow. I remember about a year ago my friend got an illness though she had a very strong immune system (she was 27 at the time). After her first session she caught something and yes, though she may of caught it from another source, I find that unlikely. She went back about a month after she was better and once again caught an illness. She didn’t go back, and avoids them like the plague.
