Several time a day….you are stripping away the natural oil of you face and causing it to dry if you wash so many times a day. only time when you are suppose to wash your face is twice day, unless you exercise or wear make up then you wash you face when necsesary. over washing cand dry it out, which would probably make acne worse
There are so many rumors surrounding diet and acne, it’s hard to know what’s right and what’s wrong. Amongst these rumors is the claim that avocado (eating it and sometimes applying it topically) will make you breakout, because it’s higher in fat. As far as I am concerned, there’s no concrete evidence to prove this, and far more people seem to have success using it than not. It’s so full of good vitamins and nutrients it seems it can really help tone down the acne. If you have sensitive skin, too, it’s quite mild. There are different combinations you can try, as with most home remedies, but this one blends together avocado and honey.

step#4. befour going to bed try using toothpaste as a final touch derectly on the ance (pimples) i usualy let it stay overnight untill the next morning then rinse but if you dont like sleeping with the toothpaste on your face then just apply it to your acne then let it sit for about 2-5 minutes and then rinse with warm water. it may burn a little bit but this works special for zits and those big juicy pimples that tend to stand out the most>-( ..if it the pimple pops and the puff comes out dont panic:-o .. just clean it with alcohal or simply just water:-)
I found Rosemary oil to be of great benefit for blackheads, best applied in the morning, leave on for about 20 minutes. Shrinks pores, makes skin less oily and loosens blackheads, if used every day they will come out by themselves. 1 drop rosemary oil to 2 ml carrier oil.

Apple cider vinegar is a simple and inexpensive cure for acne that works very well for many people. It can be used internally and externally for acne. Trust me. I have used toothpaste. and let me tell you IT Stings!!!! My pimple was still there after i used it and there was also a purplish ring around it. Now i recently found out that lemon juice dries out the skin. So I suggest that you put lemon juice ONLY on the pimples and affected areas. If You apply lemon juice to your whole face it will dry out so only use it on the pimples and affected areas. After leaving the lemon juice on your pimples for about 15 mins or a little more wash the lemon juice immediately. DO NOT LEAVE IT ON YOUR FACE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME!!!!!! Then since lemon juice dries out the skin after you have washed off the lemon juice, put on a lotion moisturizer for the face. Then make sure wash your face no more than twice a day with a soap that clears the face such as Dove Gentle Exfoliating soap. Get Lots of rest and dont ever stress out too much or those pimples will come back. Drink Lots of water and try to avoid dairy products. Most people i think have a dairy product such as ice cream as their favorite food so if you cant resist eating dairy products try to have a better diet. If you are prescribed antibiotics for acne, discuss these concerns with your doctor. Make sure your acne treatment is reviewed regularly. It’s best to limit a course of antibiotics to 3 months, if possible. Apply topical benzoyl peroxide and/or a topical retinoid to areas affected by acne while on antibiotics and after they have been stopped. Find out if other, non-antibiotic treatment might be suitable for you.

I am a 43 yr old woman. About ten years ago I started suffering from terrible cystic acne. I am taking testosterone blocker and minocycline. Nothing worked. I also use Duac gel which is an antibiotic and peroxide. Still nothing worked. Tryed thousands of combinations of medications and home remedies. okay, people think that i am crazy… but this really works… I had acne for years, and i tried everything! some things would work, but they where just temporary, the acne always came back. Then i started to clean my face with hand sanitizer. It seemed to make sense, because hand sanitizer gets rid of bacteria, and really thats what acne is. but i would use it on my entire face once at night time after washing off my make-up, then once in the morning before putting it on. just apply lightly on entire face, and let dry.it helps oily skin too! good luck!
