You mentioned avoiding processed and fatty foods which is great as the high levels of oil in these foods goes to your skin and help clog your skin pores resulting in acne, but you forgot to mention drinking plenty of water. Im going to try the coconut oil because I already have some as I frequently oil pull for my oral health.

Isotretinoin (formally known as Accutane but now available as the brands Claravis, Sotret, Myorisan, Amnesteem, and Absorica) attacks all causes of acne. The recommended dosage for most of these medications is to take a pill once or twice daily for about 5 months. For most people, this clears the skin completely and permanently. Wow! This is so encouraging! I’ve been using Proactiv for years and it only helps regulate my acne, but does not heal it, and whenever I stop using it, even for just one day, my skin breaks out horribly. I think my skin is addicted to the chemicals. 2 questions about the baking soda mask: 1) is there any way to keep it from getting all over you while you sleep? haha. 2) should i be washing my face with a face wash in addition to the baking soda mask, or only use the mask? Hey, this is the grossest remedy ever but OMG it works like magic. So one day as I was walking I tripped and fell into some doggy doo( for real). Conventional Dairy: Even if you’re not lactose intolerant, conventional dairy products can be hard on the digestive system. I had acne on face but it now gone not because of some medicine or paste…I used to do yoga…kapal bhati…which really works and now face look so nice and charmingB-) really we don’t need any paste or medice if we do this and also drink more water and wash your face with only water or with any facewash….;-)
