Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat.
Oatmeal is soothing to the skin and can be used as a gentle exfoliant. Grind up some oats in your blender for this purpose. Moisten the oats with some buttermilk, yogurt or just plain water and gently massage the face. Rinse with warm water.
🙂 these all work really well but the hot water and cotton balls work the best. you dont have to specific alcohol cotton balls you can just get regular cotton balls and put alcohol on them. using the alcohol will dry your skin out but if u but small dots of lotion on the dry patches and softly rub it in. hope these work for you

i find that using clay also works…..and then apply a daily moisturiser to soften the skin bcz clay detoxifies and dries the skin…….but u will see a clear face in no time…..do this twice a week……. sometimes steaming ur face helps.:P…..boil the kettle and pour hot water into a bowl. get a towel hover ur head over the staming water and plcae the towel over ur head to not let any steam get out. u will start to feel the steam warming ur face and ur kitty paws…:-P do this for around five minutes..and then dab dry with a warm towel…..and bingo…..ur face shld feel and look radient! 😀
The thing that worked best for my kids was vitamin B5, also known as Pantothenic Acid. It takes about a month to work, but it REALLY works! You take 1000 to 2000 mg per day. The acne clears right up. I have heard of cases where it didn’t work for somebody, probably because they had some other cause for the acne other than just normal teenage acne that couldn’t be overcome by the vitamin.

Acne is a common skin condition that can affect individuals of any age group, although it is more commonly noticed among teenagers and young adults. Acne develops when the follicle that carries dead skin to the skin surface becomes clogged. While acne in most cases is inflammatory, it can also develop as non-inflammatory acne.
