Hot Yoga is not bad for your health. I can see how it may be bad for acne (if you have overly sensitive skin). Hot yoga helps your digestive system, your internal organs, your muscles, helps breathing, helps mental concentration, and helps flush toxins from your body. Out of personal experience, eat a Mcdonalds hamburger and go to yoga and you smell like a boy’s locker room. Eat healthy, sweat it out in yoga, and your sweat is tolerable with less stink. Of course I do recommend you go to a CLEAN yoga studio and use your own mat, towel, etc. Sorry, but I can get sick at school, the store, the gym, the mall and at work. I know they say natural is always the best way but not ALWAYS. I commented like a week ago here because i was really concerned about my acne and didn’t know what to to do anymore. So, i’m going to try some of the methods on here, i’m now ONLY going to drink water and try to drink a fair bit of it, and change my pillow cases daily.
