hey i am 14 and i have had horrible acne since i was ten and what i do is every night i was my face with hand soap then i let my face dry after washing it off after that i use this cucmber mask and BAM clean, clear skin now remember this may or may not work for you everybody has different skin so you may have to try mulitiple ways befor you find the right one for you 🙂
Efforts to better understand the mechanisms of sebum production are underway. 2. Greasy food/chocolate makes you breakout-Greasy food and chocolate have been shown to have little to no effect on the development of acne. Diet can still have an impact, as some dairy products or carbs increase blood sugar or have added hormones and trigger acne, but it’s not usually the case.
Use rubbing alcohol on breakouts for oily skin. I have oily skin and when I break out (usually around that time of the month) I use rubbing alcohol on folded toilet paper to cleanse my face morning and night and the pimples are reduced or gone in a couple of days.
for those who think that we don’t think were pretty.. and it matters whats on the “inside”… Or don’t take things like this seriously.. You guys are the people that don’t have acne. So you don’t have to worry about it.
This doesn’t mean you can rest you chin in your hands or anything-it means don’t itch, scratch, pick, peel, pop, or rub at your skin. I distinctly recall the constant discomfort of acne, especially when treating it with irritating topical stuff. Almost subconsciously I would touch my face-probably every 2-3 minutes on average-and pick at my breakouts. Of course, this just made things go from bad to worse. While touching your face with your hands now and then won’t cause acne, if you suffer from it, resisting the urge to bug it will help the healing process go smoother and more efficiently.
hey, i have acne on my nose,chin,and 4head and i really want to clear it up. i dont like being around my friends with the acne because i just get stares. and their big zits too. my remedy is that if you have a pool or go to your local pool often, get the zit,pimple or what ever you have open and jump in the pool, stay in for a while then wait. the chlorine will dry up the acne somewhat fast. thats why i try to get into my pool as often as i can. hope this helps. 🙂

After 26 years of getting upset at dermatoligist for my acne, military shaving scars, dents enlarged pores in just 1 night finally I noticed significant improvements after placing honey, nutmeg, and milk mix (1/2-1 teaspoon equally as a paste) on my face at night as a mask. I woke up and washed it off and saw the change. Use an extremely clean white towel to pat face dry then moisturize. For those with oily skin spray a little Brutt 33 antipresperant (drys up all kinds of oil and water) in your hand rub together lightly place on face then pat with a clean white towel (may sting a little), then start your day. Toothpaste -nope, baking soda nope, bleach nope, drinking water nope, Ivory soap nope, proactive nope, tetracycline nope, benzoil peroxide nope.
Washing should be done gently and not more than twice or thrice a day, as frequent and strong washes irritate the skin further and this results in increased production of sebum. Pinching or pricking of the pimples also irritates the skin further and may result in scars that are difficult to get rid of.
