Method: Mix the sugar and oil together. The quantity can vary from a spoonful to a handful. Be sure to use twice as much sugar as the oil. Apply the mixture on your back once you have been in the shower for more than 15 minutes. It makes it easier for dead skin to come off. Rub the scrub on the affected area. Use a circular flow of hand. Be sure not to press hard on your skin. Use a gentle motion. You can also use a loofah or washcloth for scrubbing. Scrub it well on your body. Rinse with room temperature water. Dry your body in a patting motion.
-apple cider viniger-if you buy this pure then you should dilute this in a ratio of 4:1 water being 4, take a cotton ball and apply to face after washing and drying face,do this everyday in the morning-it will smell bad at first but the smell goes away in 20 min, it is antibacterial so it kills the bacteria and acts as a barrier, you can also drink this and it clears the system of toxins-Dilute it of course-improvments take about a week
Certain medications can exacerbate the presence of acne, including birth control (brands that contain only progesterone), lithium, phenytoin, and other drugs. It’s important to talk to your doctor about any skin issues that arise after beginning a new medication.

Comedo extraction is supported by limited evidence but is recommended for comedones that do not improve with standard treatment. Another procedure for immediate relief is injection of a corticosteroid into an inflamed acne comedo. Electrocautery and electrofulguration have also been reported as effective treatments for comedones.
I kinda switched the ingredients a bit….1 whole banana,2 orange peels, 1 spoonfull of honey…pureed in blender nd saved in a container…then i leave mask on for like 1 hr….IT REALLY WORKS!!!!! but there might be a slight tingling sensation due to orange peels…so if u hav sensitive skin reduce the amt of orange peels
Oral antibiotics are recommended for no longer than three months as antibiotic courses exceeding this duration are associated with the development of antibiotic resistance and show no clear benefit over shorter courses. Furthermore, if long-term oral antibiotics beyond three months are thought to be necessary, it is recommended that benzoyl peroxide and/or a retinoid be used at the same time to limit the risk of P. acnes developing antibiotic resistance. Dapsone is not a first-line topical antibiotic due to higher cost and lack of clear superiority over other antibiotics. Topical dapsone is not recommended for use with benzoyl peroxide due to yellow-orange skin discoloration with this combination.
In going through the fact-based literature of acne treatment, two things stand out about the results. One thing that stands out is that real-world acne treatment methods, as opposed to some wild idea marketer hypes to sell you a product, typically find that it takes about three months to get rid of just 50% of blemishes. And the other thing that stands out in the findings of medical science is that simple, inexpensive, natural treatments like benzoyl peroxide, tea tree oil, salicylic acid, and diet are just as effective as most medications. Just because something costs more and is only available with a doctor’s prescription does not mean it works better.
Out of all types of acne, cystic acne is the most likely to scar. You can reduce the risk of scarring by leaving all cysts alone. This means you can’t ever pick or pop cysts. Picking at this type of acne can also spread infections.
:oops::oops:i’ve used the toothpaste, the aloe vera (the slimy stuff),the baking soda, the sugary paste and nothing seems to work. I am so sick and fedup of this. When i see people with smooth skin i feel so jealious.WHAT DO THEY DO? I have extremely oily and sensitive skin and even though i wash my face many times a day, the oil production never seem to cease.>-(. I’ve been to a doctor once and he recommended something that only helped clear up my acne for about two months. It came right back. My face seems like it’s now scared for life. Is there any hope? A major S.O.S going out here. :-(HELP……………………..wHAT TO DO???????
Spot treat acne with a benzoyl peroxide gel. This gel can be bought from grocery stores, pharmacies, and beauty stores. Apply a dot of the gel on a pimple and pat it in with a clean finger. Look for products with 3% or less of benzoyl peroxide to avoid irritating your skin.
Tea tree oil kills both acne and staph bacteria. It’s good for getting rid of pimples, usually in about a week, but it has no effect on non-inflammatory acne. The best way to use tea tree oil is “straight,” applied with a clean cotton swab once or twice a day directly to unbroken inflamed skin.
