i keep getting random burst of outbreaks on my chin and a tiny bit on my forehead maybe like one or two along the hair line and they get really red and hurt if touched or moved and its not pretty at all. and really making me angry. >-( oh and i have a lot of acne scars on my chin and i cant get rid of them its making me sooo irritated.
Pete,, I know it must be hard, but there is hope! I remember one of my brothers had terrible a ne as a teen. He has the nicest skin now, I look at him and can’t believe it. Please st be patient and hang in there. I have two daughters 23 & 19. Both struggle with bad breakouts. We have tried everything, they have spent hundreds at the dermatologist, nothing. I have discovered Panoxyl soap, which was working for one of them, but it hasn’t been on the market for a while. They do use the Panoxyl 10 wash, it has helped. But I think I. Going to have them try the home remedies. I hope you find something that works for you and don’t give up, what works for one may not work for the other.

i have had adult cystic acne for years and have tried everything the doctors have thrown at me. Well I don’t know if it was all the ACV or what. I don’t have that bad of acne, but what I use get rid of my pimples is mix cinnamon with a bit of water and dab it on your pimple (you should test it somewhere else before) and do this until the pimple is gone, it works amazingly!! it will burn the first time, but that means you body doesn’t recognize it. just don’t use it too often or your body will get immune to it.
