These free fatty acids spur production of cathelicidin, HBD1, and HBD2, thus leading to further inflammation.

Hi Thaissa, I’m getting closer to 30 too..never would of thought I would have to deal with acne this long. I use the oil cleansing method too and I’ve found it to really help! I think when I was using soap to wash my face it would dry out my skin soo much and the dead skin would clog my pores. If you find the castor oil to breakout you out at all, you may want to try using only jojoba oil instead (this is what I use to do oil cleansing). Because castor oil is more comedongenic, and jojoba oil is not.
if u use the turmeric powder with sandalwood paste u can get rid of pimples…….but it ll take time and cure forever……but dont leave it on ur face for a toooooo long time as it shrinks ur skin ……. aal izz well !!!!!
