Step 3 BENZOYL PEROXIDE (Only at night) Wash off SA and run an ice cube over the affected areas, to cool and soothe (be careful not to freeze the skin!) Then I finally mixed honey and cinnamon together creating a paste. I then wear it like a mask for how ever long i want. it is recommended to sleep in it but i don’t. Then I rinse it off with warm water.
