Think about it, you sweat more while working out, during the day, and while you sleep at night. Exposure to the sun dries out your skin, creating clogged pores. Worst of all, in the summertime you are more likely to be dehydrated. It’s basically a perfect recipe for breakouts. And this is the time of year when you want to show off your body not hide it under a shirt at the beach. I’m wondering how you keep the baking soda on all night?? I do a mask regularly for 5-10 minutes and have to keep rubbing the paste or water on to keep it from drying out and getting all over the place. It would be all over my pillow and in my hair etc if I slept with it on! My face is not dry I moisturize plenty so that can’t be an issue.
Oatmeal is soothing to the skin and can be used as a gentle exfoliant. Grind up some oats in your blender for this purpose. Moisten the oats with some buttermilk, yogurt or just plain water and gently massage the face. Rinse with warm water.
3. I ate carrots (raw) and sweet potatoes like they were going out of style! You have to eat plenty of them every day. The vitamin A and E are good for skin, nails, and hair. I also cut out anything fried, like chicken, pizza and french fries, etc. and put no mayonnaise or dressing on my salad.

😀 hey i figured something out one day…i had a pimple comin on…one of those big red bumps that hurts if you touch it…i had clearasil cleansing pad things and i just held it on the affected area….i did this for several minutes and a little bit later the pimple came to the surface! dont know if it will work for you but it helps get rid of them faster

If you wear makeup, never go to bed without washing it all off. Sleeping with makeup on is a surefire way to increase your pimple-count and make getting rid of your acne even more difficult. Use an oil-free makeup remover prior to washing with your regular cleanser to make sure all traces have been removed.
